Responsibilities
Develop and manage data-driven affiliate programs for talent, maximizing their earning potential through platform optimization.
Project manage all aspects of talent business, including task tracking, calendar & inbox management, and ensuring clear, timely communication.
Ensure accurate data entry in Notion, maintaining accurate talent information.
Collaborate seamlessly with talent, managers, assistants, and even spouses across talents’ teams to optimize daily workflows.
Cultivate strong talent relationships and become their strategic right hand, providing effective communication and guidance for all business aspects.
Analyze affiliate strategies through reports. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to accelerate affiliate growth.
Leverage affiliate sales data to inform Canva sales graphics.
Craft engaging weekly newsletters capturing the talents’ brand voice, showcasing talents’ top-performing content and driving audience engagement with minimal need for revisions.
Independently research emerging influencer marketing trends, industry shifts and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the influencer marketing curve that may impact talent. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize client talent strategies and autonomous deliverables.
Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and willingness to take on new opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Be a collaborative team player who fosters a positive, professional environment and excels at achieving shared goals.

Well qualified candidates are expected to be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong, confident communication skills and the ability and desire to manage multiple clients at once. This candidate is not looking for a standard 9-5, and thinks outside of the box to come up with innovative and creative solutions while adapting and pivoting to changes in schedules and trends in this fast-paced industry. This role is up to 30/hrs a week with availability to grow as the company grows.
1+ years of experience working with LTK, Amazon and other brand affiliate platforms
1+ years of experience working with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
Analytical approach to decision-making
Self-starter
Exceptionally strong project management and time management skills Experience in copywriting for social media platforms
Graphic design with proficiency in Canva
Content editing skills (photo, video, and audio) to create engaging reels
Relationship-driven with a proven track record of working with a multitude of personalities and work styles across different teams
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Expert attention to detail and problem-solving skills, allowing you think outside of the box, adapt quickly and act fast
Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment with proven organizational skills
In person, will consider hybrid for right candidate after 3 month probation period
Must be local to Ventura County
Must not be allergic to cats/dogs (pets in the office)
Must be vaccinated
Must be willing to adhere to fragrance-free office requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, degree not required

About The Role
Right Hand Gals is looking for a highly motivated individual with passion and experience in influencer affiliate strategy and social management. We are the first of our kind, an influencer concierge agency filling a huge gap in the industry by providing white-glove assistance primarily focused on affiliate (LTK/Amazon/ShopMy) social strategies.
As a Right Hand Gal (or pal!), you will provide real-time support and guidance to our growing roster of influencers with ideas to maximize their affiliate marketing efforts, picking up where they leave off to generate content like graphics and newsletters, and analyze data to continually make strategic choices.
The right candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple clients at once, a keen eye for aesthetics, a creative thinker, an avid consumer of media, with a deep understanding and genuine interest in influencer culture, and enjoy working in a start-up environment where they can contribute to the development of the company.

Each day will bring a familiar rhythm based on daily talent needs, while changes to the industry and the algorithm provide opportunities to challenge the way we think and how we drive results. We aren’t the agency that schedules content out months ahead of time, trends change too quickly for that! We plan content a week at a time, leaving room for new opportunities, recurring deliverables and more.
